We may collect account details, preferred language, saved tours, comparison preferences, agency profile details, submitted tours and services, enquiry form details, review content, and basic analytics events such as phone or WhatsApp clicks.
Information is used to display listings, route enquiries to the right agency or provider, improve search and recommendations, moderate reviews, prevent abuse, support agency verification, and understand which destinations and categories perform best.
When a traveller submits an enquiry, the details required to answer that enquiry may be shared with the relevant agency or provider. Agencies must use lead data only to answer the traveller’s request.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information where applicable. Logged-in travellers can manage saved tours and preferences, while agencies can update their own profiles and listings after verification.
