Agency and provider obligations
Agencies and providers must publish accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information; hold the required authorisations; respond professionally to leads; and avoid misleading prices, fake availability, or copied content.
Moderation and verification
WinNrouhou may review, edit, hide, suspend, or remove accounts, agency profiles, services, tours, reviews, or enquiries that appear incomplete, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to travellers.
No guaranteed booking or payment
Unless a future payment feature clearly states otherwise, WinNrouhou does not confirm bookings, collect travel payments, issue tickets, or guarantee agency performance. Agreements are made directly between travellers and providers.
